Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your service request within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@webfasttech.com.
• If the project work has already commenced, we cannot cancel the order. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Refund Policy:

• We do not entertain refunds once the project has been initiated, except in cases where we fail to complete your project as per the agreed quotation.
• If we fail to deliver the project as per the terms outlined in the quotation, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Services:

• Custom services and projects that have been started are non-refundable unless we fail to meet the project requirements as per the quotation.
